Upcoming HOA Board Meeting:

Help wanted!  The HOA currently needs:

• Volunteers to assist with the landscape committee. A few committed volunteers have saved the HOA thousands of dollars by helping to maintain the street medians and the nearly 10 acres of outdoor space that is the HOA's responsibility.  Please help lighten their load!  We also know that several owners of the properties that border the retention ponds have a special interest in those areas, and, if there is interest, we would like to explore the possibility of creating a subcommittee of volunteers who will develop and take primary responsibility for executing a plan for pond-area maintenance.
• Volunteers to help manage and maintain the NCP building.   From painting to power washing, from security checks to managing key fobs, from winterizing to spring cleaning, and from changing lights bulbs to checking on basic supplies, there is always something to do at the NCP.  There used to be a volunteer committee that managed and shared these tasks, but now it is done on more of an ad hoc basis with little overall coordination.  If you have a few hours a month you could dedicate to restarting (or at least serving on) an NCP committee and taking on some of the tasks, that would be a great help.
