At the May 1, 2019 Annual Meeting, there were 4 nominees for 4 available positions on the Board of Directors, and the nominees were voted to the Board of Directors by those HOA members who were in attendance.
The results were as follows:
- Ben Peotter (returning board member) was elected to a 2-year term ending in 2021.
- Don Griffin (returning board mebmer) was elected to a 2-year term ending in 2021.
- Curt LeCaptain (new board member) was elected to a 2-year term ending in 2021.
- Chris Lezotte (returning board member) was elected to a 1-year term ending in 2020 to fill the seat previously held by Dan Mallin.*
*Dan Mallin had been serving an extra term in a holdover capacity after no new nominee came forward last year to take the full 2018-2020 term. Chris Lezotte was willing to be the nominee for the remainder of that term.
Scott Nachazel continues the 2-year term that he began in 2018.
Our sincere thanks to all of the nominees, new and returning, for stepping forward to serve the neighborhood. We are fortunate that there was a nominee for each open seat. The newly constituted board will determine their officer roles at their next meeting.
